Hsin Chu, Taiwan. One of the cooler cities I've been to in awhile. It's a great combination of public space, historic buildings, and pleasant people ( and, oh yeah food ).
Hsin Chu has a lively hip hop culture centered in and around the East Gate. Groups and individuals congregate in this area setting up boom boxes (even a laying down a little Rufus Thomas ! ) and workin'their moves.
The beat continues well into the night..
