I like it Dave. Our little cruise down the Mekong from there to Luang Prabang on the wooden boat (w/painful wooden benches) was still one of our highlights of SE Asia. This captures all the scenes I remember of the river life. Makes me just get a little more serious about getting back there.

Thanks Deb. We have got to hook up over here. Chiang Khong was an unexpected surprise. The tourist boats seem to arrive in the evenings and leave early so basically we had the town to ourselves. Nice.
