A quiet evening in one of my favorite Asian cities, Hsin Chu, Taiwan.

I am hoping you have already enjoyed the Japanese film (and soundtrack) Linda, Linda, Linda?
High school all-girl band prepares for school festival ... but it's good!
Thanks for sharing your photos.

Ah! So, so, so, so! I also thought of the Japanese movie "Linda Linda Linda" while viewing the above photovid. Great movie if you're into Japanese culture - which I am. As your photovid shows, it's nice to see the kids in Taiwan keep themselves culturally active with music.
David, I've loved your pics and Robyn's writing since I discovered Eating Asia 1.5 yrs ago - when I realized my crazy, strong passion for food, travel and photography. That's when decided to see if anyone else on the internet also did and join in on the fun.
Thanks for all your fine work and belated congrats on last year's Travel Blog Award.

Thanks Juan - I have got to see that movie..I'm intrigued. This band was just a little slice of Hsin Chu (and Taiwan for that matter)..one of my favorite places.
Thanks for your 'vote' for EatingAsia. It's definately a labor of love for us. Stay tuned!
